Application & Admission

1. Two ways to apply:

Online Application: 

Click HERE  and follow the steps to complete the online application .

Paper Application: 

Download the Application Form   HERE  complete it, and submit it to Registry Office (registrar@siuc.edu.my)

2. Application check list:

• Complete online or physical application form.
• Upload PDFs of your certificates, transcripts, and school completion certificate (translated into English if needed).
• A coloured passport-sized photo (45mm x 35mm) with a white background.
• Proof of payment for the application or registration fee (payable to Spectrum Holding Sdn. Bhd.) if applicable.

3. Admission using APEL-A

You may also use Age+Work Experience to apply for admission through recognition of  Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL)  for Admission (A). Click HERE.

4. Applying for Student Transfer and Credit Exemption policy

• Please click here to view our Credit Transfer Policy.
• Prepare required documents (contact our education consultant)
• Submit completed Credit Transfer documents to Programme Leader/Education Counsultant
• Application will be processed and upon approval, you will receive a credit transfer approval letter via email.

5. What Happens Next:

• SIUC will notify you upon receiving your application, required documents and payment (if any).
• If your application is complete, you’ll receive a Letter of Offer within 5 working days.
• If any documents are missing, you’ll be informed and asked to submit them.
