The condo facilities include fully furnished rooms, gymnasium, swimming pool, jacuzzi & wading pool, fresco pavilions, barbeque area, seating area/lawn, fun playscape, multi-purpose hall, laundrette, game room, computer room, sport facilities such as half-basket court, badminton court & table tennis room,  self-service laundry etc so that our students have everything they need under one roof to succeed academically and enjoy a balanced lifestyle. For security, there is 24-hour security petrol, resident’s access card to lift and car park with CCTV at all strategic area
