Upon completion of the programme students should be able to demonstrate:

  • knowledge of basic laws & principles of electronics, electrical and computer technology
  • knowledge, skill, understanding and application/implementation of appropriate alternative energy resources
  • understanding of basic social and environmental responsibilities
  • understanding on the importance of ethical and professional practice within the field
  • an ability to discuss and present technical information in appropriate oral or written form for given audience. Work collaboratively as part of a team undertaking a range of different team roles
  • an ability to implement alternative renewable energy for various environments, develop creative thinking and problem solving skills through application of concepts to relevant situations
  • the importance to engage in lifelong learning, adapt new ideas, process and procedure for career development

  • Pass the SPM / SPMV with at least three (3) credits and a pass in Mathematics;
    or
